What you will need;
Your favourite cookie recipe
A jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with edges
Cooking spray

Next;
Preheat oven to 350° F
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
Press cookie dough into pan about ½" thick (approximately)
Bake for 10-15 minutes

This is great when you don't have the time to put sheet after sheet of cookies in. Simply cut the cookies into small squares. They're fantastic!
