"Join Free" Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Contest entrants must be 18 years of age.
2. Winner must be 18 years of age, and a Canadian or US citizen, or legally residing in Canada or the US.
3. Prize pack will only be mailed to a continental Canadian or US address.
4. Entrants are restricted to only one ballot per email address. Winner will be disqualified if found to have entered contest repeatedly to increase the chances of winning.
5. Winner may not be an employee or current contractor of Cooking for the Rushed Inc.
6. Winner must email a photo of a headshot of themselves to Cooking for the Rushed Inc.
7. Winner's name and photo may be used for promotional, educational and/or informational materials produced by Cooking for the Rushed Inc., in brochures, websites, social media, blogs, interactive DVDs, and other purposes. Contest entrants declare their understanding of these rights when they enter the contest.
8. Winner must agree to and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release form and return it within 10 calendar days of notification along with valid government picture identification.
9. By entering the contest you give us permission to email you an occasional free recipe, video tip or special offer. You can unsubscribe at any time. To be eligible to win the contest you must be on this email list.
10. Cooking for the Rushed Inc., reserves the right to withdraw the contest at any time. One or more contest periods will be solely determined by Cooking for the Rushed Inc., but will end between 1 to 6 months of the initial posting of the contest.
11. Odds of winning are based on the total number of entrants at the time of drawing. The winner will be chosen in a method reflecting a fairly equal chance of winning between all entrants at the time of drawing.
12. In the event the recipient of the prize withdraws or is disqualified from the contest Cooking for the Rushed Inc. may, at its sole discretion, award the prize to another drawn entrant or cancel the awarding of the prize.
